A founder-guided evaluation or pilot, an ongoing workspace, an Enterprise agreement, and custom dashboards quoted as a separate human-led service. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

Guided evaluation — A$7,200 + GST / 90 days

One organisation and one workflow, for up to five users. A historical replay and one live recommendation, evaluated against your own review cycle.

  • Two case records, setup and handover
  • Evaluation report and an honest continuation decision

Guided pilot — A$14,400 + GST / 90 days

A scoped 90-day engagement for up to ten users, with hands-on onboarding around real recommendations, decisions and outcome reviews.

  • Live AFOS workspace for up to ten users
  • Four cases and two orientation sessions
  • Operating guide and handover
  • Honest continuation decision at the end of the pilot

Ongoing workspace — A$750 + GST / month

Five users after an evaluation or pilot, with each additional user A$100 + GST per month. Continuing is a separate agreement, and nothing converts automatically.

Enterprise — Quoted, annual agreement

An annual agreement for organisations that need tailored usage limits, onboarding, support, and a security or integration review before rollout.
